General Renting Fees:
  • Weekday daytime (6am- 6pm): $50/Hour  
  • Weekday evenings (6pm-2am): $75/Hour                                  
  • Weekend daytime: $100/Hour
  • Weekend evenings: $125/Hour
  • A $150 cleaning deposit is asked at the time of booking, to be returned after the event, should everything be cleaned.
  • Discounts available for full day/full night events, or for regular events

Amenities included:
  • Air Conditioning
  • 70 Banquet chairs
  • Kitchen Sink/Bathrooms
  • Basic Sound System (Turbo Sound Towers available at discount)

  • "First-Hour Free" for bands who play at Ong King Open Mic for three weeks continuously
  • Please book at least one week in advance​
  • Special rate at $30/Hour​​
